Jamie has taught Pilates since 2014, starting out in Helena and Wolf Creek, Montana. Her focus is empowering her clients to learn and develop a practice of their own. Her background in Bio-Entirety Zone Therapy allows her to connect with each client, offering awareness of anatomy, physiology, and pathology. Jamie is grateful to be blessed with a husband and two beautiful children.
